Order Processing & Dispatch
Once an order is confirmed via our WhatsApp ordering line (+91 8584835650), orders for ready-to-wear pieces and co-ord sets are typically handed over to our courier partners for dispatch. Exact dispatch dates and courier tracking links are shared directly with you over WhatsApp.
Delivery Charges
- Standard shipping is complimentary for orders with an aggregate cart value of ₹1,999 or above.
- For orders below ₹1,999, a flat nominal delivery fee of ₹99 is applicable across India.
Delivery Tracking
Upon shipment, tracking details with courier AWB numbers will be communicated. For special express delivery requests, please coordinate directly with our concierge team prior to order dispatch.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Because our items include delicate embroideries, hand-worked shararas, and unstitched luxury fabrics, returns or exchanges are accepted under the following confirmed guidelines:
- Transit Damage or Manufacturing Defect: If an item arrives damaged or with a verified defect, notify us on WhatsApp (+91 8584835650) within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing photos/video.
- Incorrect Item Dispatched: In the rare event you receive a style or size different from your order summary, an immediate replacement or store credit will be arranged at our cost.
- Condition Requirements: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original brand tags and poly-packaging intact.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 5–7 business days following receipt and quality inspection at our facility.
